Local Incentives

montage of $100 billsTown of Holly Springs and Wake County have the ability to offer incentives to companies that create both well-paying new jobs and make substantial capital investment in the community.  The incentives are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and when appropriate are based on a percentage of new taxable investment.

To stimulate development in the Village District, the Town Council has adopted a Downtown Development Investment Policy. It provides for possible assistance with infrastructure costs and development fee reductions. These are considered case by case.

For more information and how to apply, contact the Economic Development office.

Fast Track Permitting

The Town also will consider expediting the plan review and permitting process as an incentive to meet the needs of the client. We had excellent results working with Novartis, now Seqirus, in this regard and believe our proven track record in this area will meet or exceed your expectations.
