Payment Plans Due to COVID-19

WakeHELPSDuring this challenging time, the town of Holly Springs is working hard to support our utility customers. To help ensure that customers can remain at home and slow the spread of the coronavirus, the town did not disconnect residential water service for nonpayment or impose late fees from April through July 2020.

Please keep in mind that all customers are still responsible for paying for all water usage. Customers should continue to make payments on their accounts to avoid accumulating large balances, even if they cannot pay in full. Balances will not be forgiven, only deferred.

The Town of Holly Springs offers payment plans for charges incurred from March 31 through July 29. Customers will have six months to pay the charges for this 120-day period. Please contact the Finance Department at (919) 557-3925 to set up a payment plan as soon as possible.

Are you unable to pay your utility bills due to COVID-19? Wake County launched a program to help you pay back what you owe. Click here for all the details on #WakeHELPS.

It is important to us that everyone understand these options for those who are suffering economically during this unprecedented health crisis.
