Certified Entrepreneurial Community

The Economic Development Department aims to create an environment that understands and encourages entrepreneurship. In 2017, Holly Springs was the first town in North Carolina to become a Certified Entrepreneurial Community under the program’s new redesign.This program is an innovation tool to address economic challenges and equip towns to become more entrepreneur ready. Through the CEC program Holly Springs has built an ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs, innovators, big thinkers, and creative undertakers.
