Bass Lake Park offers a variety of rental packages. Reserve both the deck and conference room together with a special package, or just one, and add on only the amenities you need. Rates are listed in the link below.
Reservations and Food
Reservations must be made in person by appointment only. Facilities may be reserved up to one year in advance. Reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.
All rental fees and deposits are due at the time the reservation is made.
Deck and conference room rentals must be a minimum of three hours and may take place anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. and midnight.
Rentals must begin before or at sundown.
Access to facilities is not available before or after rental times.
All set up and clean up must take place within the rental time.
The park offers no linens, dishes, paper towels, etc.
Any food service provided at the event is the renter's responsibility.
No personal grills are permitted in the park. Commercial pig cookers with a drip pan are allowed in the parking lot. Park staff determines on a case-by-case basis to allow charcoal or gas grills used onsite by catering companies.
No open flames are allowed on the deck.
