A dynamic, 50-minute practice that blends movement, strength, and stillness. Class begins with stretching and a gentle warm-up before moving into a breath-to-movement flow designed to build flexibility, balance, and strength. Core work is often included to support stability and alignment. Practice concludes with floor-based stretches, guided relaxation, and quiet stillness. Some prior yoga experience is helpful, but modifications are always offered.
