With registration for the first guided hike full, Park Naturalist Steve McElhaney is offering a second hike along the new Mims Park Nature Trails. Throughout the hike, Steve will discuss local tree species, wildlife facts, the natural springs, and the history of G.B. Alford, whose gravesite is located along the trail. Due to the natural surface of this trail, walking participation is required as the surface may be slippery and have uneven terrain. 

Pre-registration is required for this free program. Click here to sign up in advance. The group will meet at the Cultural Center parking lot at the flagpoles.
