Meet Bill Schroeder and Sheron Jamel, the artists featured at the Holly Springs Cultural Center this month. Mr. Schroeder is a retired trade show designer who uses his art as therapy. Ms. Jamel is a gourd sculptor and jewelry maker whose one-of-a-kind work is a testament to limitless imagination and expression. Light refreshments will be served.
GB4 performs: Summer at the Springs Free Outdoor Concert Series6:30-9 p.m., Holly Springs Cultural Center
FreeGB4 is our Town’s own original blues and classic rock party band. Since 2006 GB4 has rocked events throughout the Holly Springs area. Holly Springs residents Tom Dobridge, Steve Spencer, Brad Shaffer and Kingsley Platts invite everyone to their seventh appearance at the Summer at the Springs Concert Series. Bring a lawn chair and a picnic dinner, and enjoy this family-friendly concert on the outdoor stage at the cultural center. No alcohol allowed outside.
Family Bingo7-9 p.m., Bass Lake Park $1 per card
Come to Bass Lake Park for a little friendly competition! We play 13 games each night. Cards are $1 at the door, and all money leaves as a prize. Most games will pay out to the winner's neighbors as well, so if you’re not lucky, sit by somebody who is! Participants under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Remember to come early as seats and space fill quickly.

Visit the Holly Springs Farmers Market downtown. This week, in celebration of Cucumber Month, a cooking demonstration at 10 a.m. features cucumber onion slaw and garden tomato salad. Live music by John Harris begins at 10:30 a.m. Click here for detailed information.
Free Community Yoga9 a.m., Womble Park Band ShellFree
Join us for a free community yoga session beside the band shell at Womble Park. All ages and abilities are welcome, and mats are provided. The event will be moved inside the Hunt Recreation Center if rain is falling.
