Your Mayor and Town Council members are spending three days this week discussing topics that will help shape the future of Holly Springs during their annual retreat. An in-depth breakdown of the Town’s brand-new Citizen Satisfaction Survey kicked off the retreat. A nationwide survey expert from ETC Institute presented the data and analysis, providing valuable information about how residents view Town services to the Mayor and Council.
Other topics on the agenda include:
- Budget and financial outlook
- Determining new transportation investment focus areas
- Review of water and wastewater needs of the community and how to pay for these investments
- Housing affordability
- Future fire station needs across Town
- Stormwater management
- E-bike/scooter/moto community concerns
“Our agenda topics reflect our residents' priorities. The Council’s thoughtful discussions will provide direction to Town staff in their work to make sure we're exceeding residents' expectations,” said Holly Springs Mayor Mike Kondratick. “The annual retreat is the perfect opportunity for the Council to take deep dives into issues and shape our community's future.”
