Eagles Landing Park
This 56-acre future park is located on Cass Holt Road directly across from Holly Springs High School. Park plans include a multi-generational indoor recreation center; outdoor splash pad; lighted pickleball courts, basketball courts, and turf fields; an all-wheels skatepark, and more!

North Main Athletic Complex-Oak Hall Greenway Connection
The Town is working with a design firm to plan another safe and convenient way for residents to access the North Main Athletic Complex. This greenway connection would travel from the existing park greenway along a proposed route connecting to Muses Mill Court in the Oak Hall neighborhood. The new, approximately 1,050-foot greenway connection would include a pedestrian bridge across Long Branch Creek.

Sugg Farm Community Garden and Nature Play Area
Coming soon to Sugg: An accessible community garden with raised beds for individual plot rental and additional beds for camps, groups, and educational programming. After the garden opens, the Town plans to construct an accessible nature play area nearby.

Utley Creek Greenway - Morgan Park to Holly Glen
This greenway project will extend the Utley Creek Greenway west from Morgan Park to connect with the Holly Glen neighborhood and north to the future Town of Holly Springs Operations Campus.
