Holly Springs is part of this plan that helps determine how to minimize and manage risks from hazards such as flooding, drought, heat, hurricanes, severe weather, and winter weather. The plan's purpose is to better protect people and property within Wake County from the effects of natural and human-caused hazards by identifying, assessing, and mitigating hazard risks.
