Rates cover the cost incurred to provide service to the valued customers of the Town of Holly Springs. The charts below reflect standard residential utility rate charges based on a 3/4" pipe. The Town of Holly Springs uses a tiered water rate structure to encourage efficient water usage. The tiered rate structure has five tiers based on gallons of water usage. In addition, the Town collects a monthly water access fee, which varies by meter size.

Wastewater charges are billed at a standard flat rate to all customers, for both the monthly access fee and consumption rate.

*The monthly access fee is charged for each month or portion of each month of service. It is not prorated.
The rates listed above are per 1,000 gallons. For example, if you use 1,000 gallons of water in a billing cycle, you will be charged $4.63 for the water and $6.34 for the wastewater in addition to the monthly access fees for both services.

- Residents pay a flat fee of $5.20 per month.

Late Payment & Cut-Off Status Fee
All utility bills not paid by the due date will be assessed a $10 late charge. Bills remaining unpaid at the time of the next billing cycle are subject to be disconnected, and payment of a $35 cut-off status fee will be required to restore service.
