About the Finance Department

The Finance Department is the administrative arm of the Town’s financial operation. The department maintains a governmental accounting system that presents accurately, with full disclosure, the financial operations of the Town of Holly Springs. The department serves residents, businesses, utility customers, taxpayers, Town departments, employees, and vendors.


The director of Finance is the chief fiscal officer of the Town, with full and direct management responsibility over areas including:
