Step 2: Find your property. Commercial properties are shown in magenta.

  • Use the search bar to type your address into the upper right-hand area of the screen, or
  • Use your mouse to zoom and scroll to find your property.

Step 3: Click on your property to view your information.

  • ERU, which stands for equivalent residential unit, represents the amount of impervious surface on your property compared with an average residential home.
  • The fee per month is the amount you are billed.
