Conference Room
The conference room is surrounded on three sides by glass French doors and a large veranda overlooking the lake. Inside, the floors are a blue slate tile. The interior walls feature a custom wainscot and chair rail. The tray ceiling and recessed lighting offer eight different lighting combinations to set any mood. Inside are separate and private men’s and women’s restrooms and a catering kitchen equipped with an oversized residential refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, flattop range, microwave, double sink, and coffee maker. The room is equipped with an A/V system that includes a laptop connection, public WiFi, 85" HDTV, wireless microphone, and speakers
Deck
The deck is constructed of composite material and offers more than 2,000 square feet of space, including a covered gazebo. The neutral gray color offers variety and can be dressed up or down depending on the formality of the occasion. The picket railings are white, and all covered areas feature white beadboard ceilings. The veranda and gazebo feature recessed speakers networked into the conference room’s A/V system. Potted ferns and flowering plants adorn the deck during warm months.
Picnic Shelter
The Bass Lake picnic shelter is located approximately .25 miles away from the Visitor Center and main parking lot. It offers a smaller and more reserved space within the park. The picnic shelter can hold up to 40 people and offers its own separate parking lot and restrooms. Two small charcoal grills can also be found just outside the shelter for use during your rental.
