With 80+ officers, the Holly Springs Police Department is recruiting passionate and dedicated individuals looking to start or continue rewarding careers in law enforcement. As a HSPD officer, you will be well equipped and fully supported.

Salary

  • Candidates for Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) - $50,775
    • Get paid while attending BLET
    • Receive benefits while in training
    • Eligible for overtime and compensatory leave
  • Certified BLET Graduates - $60,000-$63,000 
    • No prior law enforcement experience necessary
    • Eligible for a take-home vehicle, upon completion of field training program
  • Out of State Lateral Law Enforcement Officers - $60,000-$72,000
    • Begin working immediately while attaining your certification
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years consecutive LE experience
    • Military Police and Federal Officers are eligible
  • North Carolina BLET Certified Lateral Officers - $60,000-$78,000
    • Incentives for years of service, certifications, education and military service
