Policies

During your booking appointment, you will be reading and signing two documents: 

Reading these documents before your reservation appointment can be very helpful in answering preliminary questions about the policies surrounding your rental.

Rental Guidelines - Conference Room

  • Reservations must be made in person by appointment only. Facilities may be reserved up to one year in advance. Reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance. 
  • Occupancy: 80 people or 150 people with the deck.
  • All rental fees and deposits are due at the time the reservation is made.
  • Deposit required for all rentals. Provided facility is left in "as-rented condition" at the end of the rental, the deposit will be returned. 
  • All deposit refunds are processed on the first business day of the following month.
  • After-hours staffing fees may apply to events that rent past park close (sunset). 
  • If additional hours are required for package rentals, they will be charged at our normal hourly rates for the room and/or the deck. 
  • The park does not provide any tables or chairs for use on the deck, nor does the park provide any linens or utensils.
  • Rentals must be a minimum of three hours and may take place anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. and midnight.
  • Rentals must begin before or at sundown. 
  • Conference room may be reserved up to 1 year in advance
  • Access to facilities is not available before or after rental times. 
  • All set-up and clean-up must take place within the rental time.
  • The park offers no linens, dishes, paper towels, etc.
  • Any food service provided at the event is the renter's responsibility. 
  • No personal grills are permitted in the park. Commercial pig cookers with a drip pan and other grilling apparatuses are subject to approval by the park manager. 
  • No open flames are allowed on the deck. 
  • Park staff determines on a case-by-case basis to allow food trucks and large catering vehicles that remain in the parking lot during the duration of the event.

Rental Guidelines - Picnic Shelter

  • Reservations must be made in person by appointment only. Facilities may be reserved up to one year in advance. Reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.
  • Occupancy: 40 people.
  • All rental fees and deposits are due at the time the reservation is made.
  • Shelter is available for rent 7 days a week.
  • Shelter may be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
  • All setup and cleanup must take place within the rental time.
  • All garbage must be disposed of in park receptacles.
  • Personal grills are not permitted in the picnic shelter or parking lot; 2 stationary charcoal grills are provided for your use.
  • Additional tables and seating are in violation of the fire code and are not allowed along walkways or in the parking lot.
  • Picnic tables are stationary and do not move.
  • Loud noises of any kind are prohibited, and amplified music and DJs are not allowed.
  • Inflatables, extension cords, canopies, tents, and alcohol are not allowed.
  • Park staff determines on a case-by-case basis to allow food trucks and large catering vehicles that remain in the parking lot during the duration of the event.
